There is always something that can be improved or built upon in each and every one of our lives. Our idea about life improvements, especially with a young family, is small but regular change. We started making changes to our health, wellbeing and the way we live around 10 years ago.
Please don’t think that it’s all peace, love and mung beans all the time. We followed anyone and everyone that had anything to do with alternative health and wellness and have brought that information together to find what works for us to create a healthy lifestyle that suits our whole family. Trying to incorporate a balanced lifestyle that suits everyone has really proven a great challenge at times.
Life’s ups and downs have shown us that it’s not going to be smooth sailing all the way. There have been times when our health has declined, our focus on wellness has been all but non-existent and unexpected turns in our careers and work situations have shaped who we were for a time.
During these times, it felt like we were going to be stuck there forever, wallowing in our unhappy world of self-absorbed pity. However, in that waking phase, when we come back to our understanding that every moment is a brand new start, we come back to focus, we innately know what we need to do to function, live well and feel alive again.
Our own life is an experiential journey that is ever changing. Understanding that each of us, including our children, experience growth at different times. Honouring that we all have different needs and expectations of our own, we empower every member of our family to be responsible for their health and wellness on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
We want to share our experiences and learnings with you so that you can live life on your terms, catering for your own needs and expectations. Families, singles, retirees, every one of you. No matter what your life circumstance is. You deserve to live a life full of love, happiness, laughter, health, peace and connection and we would love to be there to help guide you along the way.
I am passionate about living every moment, peacefully, with purpose, presence and love. Through the use of meditation, dietary changes and alternative therapies, I became determined to improve my life and that of my families, giving them the best opportunity to thrive in their own right.
After years of management, office and administration work, a retrenchment from a very stressful role led me to further question what I was striving for in my own life. It was at this point I decided that I wouldn’t go back to the corporate world.
My continued search for more, along with my love of education has allowed me to create a fulfilling life, helping myself and others. I am a Certified Emotions & Metaphysical Kinesiology Practitioner & Instructor, Reiki Master, Meditation for Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Life Coach, EFT Practitioner and Ambassador for the Australian Tapping Institute. I am currently studying Biomedical Yoga to further my knowledge of the mind-body connection.

I worked in the electrical industry for over 25 years, experiencing both the highs and lows of industry trends. As well as being a very rewarding career, this line of work led to some low points and depression after experiencing 3 retrenchments in 7 years.
I realised that it was up to me to open my eyes, change my thought patterns and experience life in a new light. Adopting this new approach was not an easy feat. Just like anyone, my journey is always changing, evolving and often times, confronting. After much searching, it felt like I was learning the science of life and how to participate in it, rather than roll along with the daily motions as expected in today’s society. I found a deep connection with nature which drew me to shamanism and meditation.
